Terms & Conditions

We try to keep our terms easy and simple. Advance appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or the appointment is considered a used treatment.

Your credit card & email address needs to be on file, each month your credit card will be charged the membership amount you signed up for. The charge will take place on the same day each month.

If your monthly payment is not able to go through on the due date, you will be charged $25 per failed transaction additional to your monthly package.

This agreement may be terminated at any time if there is no payment made within 3 days.

Once your membership is canceled, any unused tans expire.

Memberships can be canceled at anytime (no refunds). Membership cancellations need to be made 30 days in advance with a written notice. (text or email)

Additives are NOT included in membership prices.

I will not be able to roll over unused sprays per month because my schedule books a month in advance.
